  1. Thought-provoking comparisons that tells me how much in my experience teacher mentoring/coaching/evaluation (Aboriginal) differs from business oriented practice (Western).

    1. Working with First Nations colleagues in the design and delivery of peer mentor leader programs has educated me to how much can be learned and adapted from their culture to make mentoring in the Western business community even more successful. My thanks and gratitude especially to Ron Jorgenson, David deRosenroll, and Stan Wesley.
